Community Health Champions
Community Health Ambassadors
Informed and influential community members that strongly support the effort of health education and advocacy. Encourage engagement with the screens and connect people with an ambassador by hosting events and disseminating information (e.g. newsletters, church services, 1:1s, etc.)
Members of the community who are trained, informed, and knowledgeable about health and wellness resources so that residents can talk with a member of their own community about their needs and interest as related to health.
